Welcome to the website of the Taiwan Database for Empirical Legal Studies, TaDELS (臺灣法實證研究資料庫) (hereafter “the site”). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of use as to avoid violation thereof. 

1. Adherence to the Site Terms and Conditions and Relevant Laws

A. When browsing or using the website, the user shall be understood as accurately understanding and agreeing fully to abide by all terms and conditions in this statement, as well as relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and all international Internet regulations and relevant conventions of usage.  The website may not be used for any illegal purposes.

B. If in disagreement with or unable to abide by any of these terms and conditions, or in violation of local law, the user ought to immediately leave the site, stop navigation and discontinue use thereof.
